Bettina Wen is a senior early childhood music instructor and a registered music therapist in Australia. She is the founder of Healing Voices Music Education and Therapy Centre. She has been a lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University and the Open University of Hong Kong, teaching music and early childhood development courses, as well as master's programs in music therapy and autism. She is currently the internship supervisor for the master's program in music therapy at the University of Melbourne, Australia. She has over 10 years of clinical music therapy experience and many years of experience training early childhood music instructors.

Bettina primarily provides music therapy for children and adults with special learning needs, such as autism, hyperactivity, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, selective silencing syndrome, and children facing family problems or psychological needs. Services are mainly provided at Healing Voices centers, social welfare organizations, schools, and hospitals. Organizations that have collaborated with her include the Hong Kong Society for the Promotion of Health, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, and St. James' Settlement. She also continuously holds lectures and professional workshops to promote music therapy and help those in need.

Bettina is also involved in music and early childhood development work and promotes music education for children with special needs. She integrates music teaching models and materials tailored to children with special needs, giving them the opportunity to learn music. She is also dedicated to helping the next generation of music therapists enter the profession and improve their therapeutic skills. Bettina is also active in professional exchanges within the music therapy community, sharing her academic insights at international music therapy conferences in 2017 and 2023.

Bettina also founded the Play and Learn brand, designing a series of music teaching materials for children to make learning music more vivid and fun. Bettina is also a Cantonese nursery rhyme composer, a member of the Cash Hong Kong Composers and Lyricists Association, and has released more than 20 nursery rhymes on the "Children's Songs" YouTube channel, dedicated to promoting Cantonese nursery rhymes.
