Administrative Assistant / Project Manager

Job Description

  • Handling daily operational work includes answering customers enquiries, arranging class schedule, handling payments etc.

  • Coordinating therapy service programmes by communicating between therapists and NGOs / schools

  • Handling quotations, invoices and payments

Skills / Qualifications

  • Warm personality, with love for children and Special needs children

  • Strong language skills in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good computer skills. Knowledge of Google doc, MS Office, in particular Excel will be an advantage

  • Customer service experience required

  • Experience working in education centres preferred but not required

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good team player and organised

  • Good problem solving skills

  • At least 2 years working experience in customers service / Administrative work

Work days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) 9:30am-6:30pm
