Administrative Assistant / Project Manager
Job Description
Handling daily operational work includes answering customers enquiries, arranging class schedule, handling payments etc.
Coordinating therapy service programmes by communicating between therapists and NGOs / schools
Handling quotations, invoices and payments
Skills / Qualifications
Warm personality, with love for children and Special needs children
Strong language skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
Good computer skills. Knowledge of Google doc, MS Office, in particular Excel will be an advantage
Customer service experience required
Experience working in education centres preferred but not required
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player and organised
Good problem solving skills
At least 2 years working experience in customers service / Administrative work
Work days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) 9:30am-6:30pm
